The room was clean and functional but lacked character. There was only one electric plug, made charging devices a hassle. The lighting was pretty bad, and the shower situation was a struggle with the handheld shower head not sticking to the wall. It wasn't a cozy place to hang out. Just good for sleeping. Oh, and the bed was basically two mattresses that didn't match up, so it was uncomfortable in the middle.

The location was good and stunning, just next door to Super close to Jungcelon shopping centre, Bangla road and the beach, the market and the two shopping malls here, truly enjoyed this place. Stopped by Movenpick Ice Cream to get some coffee and treats, it's a couple of blocks away from the venue, recommend. It was bright, fantastic and in the tower. A safe and a balcony were great.

Everything was perfect, so were particularly good views of the bay you could get. The room was huge, budget, and had fantastic amenities. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was quick. Took the advantage of the parking onsite. The hotel was in a very central setting close to shops. In Enjoy Restaurant, located nearby I had Halal meals.

Clean rooms with friendly staff. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shopping. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the pool options available. The rooftop pool offered fine views of the surroundings. Breakfast had a decent selection, but not too extensive. The air conditioning worked well, appreciated in the heat. The restaurant's service left much to be desired. Had to wait long for food without much communication from the staff. Despite these issues, the value for the price is decent was good.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was a good price for the low season. It is in the middle of everything. But in a quiet side street! My room was cleaned everyday at a time suitable for me. The pool is lovely. There is a lovely large bath. There is free water in the room. It is definitely the best priced room with the best amenities in this location. I ended up staying a week and I looked at many many other hotels, that didn't compare to the standard and price of Amata! Definitely the best around!
The bed is too hard.

I was blown away by the amazing rooftop pool with 360-degree views of the fine coastline 🌊 The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and vibrant nightlife. Plus, the staff were cute!

Unfortunately, the bathroom had persistent drainage issues and unwelcome insect visitors. The pool area felt neglected, with old tiles and lack of cleanliness detracting from the experience. Despite requesting to stay in the newer building, I was told only older rooms were available, disappointing. The breakfast options were repetitive, often lacking in taste and variety, leading to a mediocre morning meal. Noise from the restaurant and pool area permeated my ground floor room.

The Pool and Location
Terrible view from my room - another building with garbage on the roof of the building sigh, and Amata Hotel staff said it is a mountain view, I was almost fainted when I saw that and room 319 was smelly too, I request to change room and stay at 419 same dirty view but at least not smelly, did request to change to a better room but never get back to me. In the middle of the night the Air-con system seems like not working, the toilet towel was dirty, the staff wasn't friendly and the bell boy was looking for tips all the time even we didn't ask for help.
